Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. In times of high demand, this may be 5-7 business days. We do not guarantee delivery by any date; USPS's estimated delivery times are also not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays in transit once your order is handed over to USPS. 

If your order includes a backordered or preorder item, your order will ship when all items are in stock. We are unable to partially ship orders.

All orders have shipping costs calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $120. 

Shipping methods include (fees vary by shipping address):

Media Mail - This shipping method includes tracking, and is shipped via Media Mail with USPS, and typically takes 5-8 business days once shipped. 

Priority Mail - This is shipped Priority 1- 2-, 3-, or 4-day shipping (depending on recipient location) with USPS. 

International Mail (First Class) - A trackable international shipping method with USPS. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

International UPS Standard - A trackable international shipping method with UPS. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar.
